Worldstone IP Direct (WID)

With the technological development and implementation of Next Generation Networks (NGN) and ubiquitous Broadband access, SIP will play a prominent part in the delivery of next generation services in the future. Worldstone can offer a voice termination service that allows outbound voice telephony calls using IP telephony protocols from IP phone systems – the Worldstone (Session Initiation Protocol) SIP service.

WID helps transform businesses using ISDN 30 and PSTN lines to an IP based one, by connecting the phone or Contact Centre system to Worldstone's network over an IP link. The major advantage of this service is:
