Service Delivery Management

The Service Delivery Management (SDM) team aims to provide post sales excellence.  Regardless of the size and complexity of the activities or the contract deliverables, the SDM team professionally manage the tasks to the customers expectations, delivered to the right quality, for Worldstone and the customer.

Our SDM team is responsible for maintaining and continually improving service quality through a constant cycle of agreeing, monitoring, reporting and reviewing service achievements and through instigating actions to ensure the highest standards of service are maintained. Our SDMs ensure that service levels are documented agreed and monitored and will review actual service levels achieved against target service levels.

The SDM team provide a wide range of services tailored to the individual needs of each customer, including but not limited to:

  • Service Reporting and Reviews
  • Escalation Management
  • Problem Management
  • Change Management
  • 3rd Party Vendor and Partner Management.
