Worldstone’s project management service is designed with flexibility in mind. As would be expected of any communications company we have a structured and documented project methodology using an approach that is adaptable, whilst also broadly following the framework of Prince 2.
Worldstone is able to tailor project services to suit individual client needs. Experience has shown that technology projects normally form part of a much larger series of projects, such as refurbishment, relocation and business development for example. It is therefore a key objective at Worldstone to clearly capture the clients’ overall service requirements. Whether that requirement is to solely manage & deliver the Worldstone solution, or to provide a wider scope of management including that of the customers complete project, we work with you to deliver your precise specifications.
The Project Team
Once a contract has been awarded, a dedicated Project Team will be established for the duration of the implementation. The scope of involvement includes qualification of need, design, supply, implementation, integration & migration, control, reporting, training, documentation and formal acceptance.
The team includes but is not limited to:
- Project Manager
- Project Co-ordinator
- Application / Software Specialists
- Implementation Engineers
- Trainer
