At Worldstone we pride ourselves on forging mutually successful and long standing strategic relationships with our clients through all divisions of our business. Worldstone's main objective when working with any client is to understand their business as if it were our own to enable us to bring ideas to the table and add value to any customer operation.
Worldstone operate a centralised Client Management operation where customers are provided with a single point of contact for all strategic and day to day commercial requirements. When engaging with Worldstone, clients are appointed a dedicated Account Director who works closely with the business to identify operational and technical requirements and more importantly acts as the customer champion.
Worldstone Account Directors are focussed on developing a consultative and 'trusted advisor' relationship with our clients which is achieved through listening to our customers and interpreting business requirements. A client's appointed Account Director provides customer sponsorship within the Worldstone business and in the wider communications market place. This interactive role ensures consistent service delivery and also provides clients with market education, technology developments and innovation relevant to each specific customer's needs.
