aaron payne

Aaron Payne, Managing Director

Aaron joined Worldstone in January 2013 bringing a wealth of industry and international experience to the organisation.

Prior to joining Worldstone, Aaron was interim business leader and strategic sales adviser to leading emerging software and Unified Communications (UC) cloud based companies, and global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organisations. Throughout his 28 year career, Aaron has held senior roles in a number of global IT solution and telecom businesses, including Siemens, Avaya and Polycom and he was also co-founder of Touch Telecom Limited.

 

CALUM-FERGUSON

Calum Ferguson, Operations Director

Calum Ferguson joined Worldstone in July 2010 as the Operations Director and heads up the Design, Deploy and Support arm of the business.

Prior to joining Worldstone, Calum headed up the Operations arm of Central Telecom, an Avaya Platinum business partner where he was responsible for the changes that lead to it being acquired by Vodafone in 2008. Calum has over 20 years experience in communications and is responsible for delivering a centre of excellence within the Worldstone operations offer.

Calum has a passion for customer service excellence across the business and his key focus is on shaping the business to deliver this quality service every time.

 

Raj Dave

Raj Dave, Director of Product Development

Raj started with Worldstone 11 years ago but has been involved in the company since it was first formed in 1995.

Raj has worked in the communications industry for over 25 years in various roles including Engineering, Management, Design and Development and Account Management. Starting in telephony exchange commissioning, Raj then moved into management as an Area Manager in UK Service management, managing the LAN infrastructure design when LAN came into the fore. He has worked for major carriers and was approached by Energis to set-up its design and bid management team, before returning to Anite Systems Integrator and then to C&W when it acquired Anite finally moving to Worldstone in 2000.

He has performed a number of roles in Worldstone and has been instrumental in building the Network and Carrier services business. His is responsible for technology, development of services and the management of the network suppliers and commercials.

 

PWarrenPaul Warren, Head of Business Management

Paul joined Worldstone in November 2011 as an Account Director focussing on a small number of large Worldstone clients.

Prior to joining Worldstone, Paul acquired over 18 years' telecoms experience working in a variety of customer verticals (Retail, Finance, Central Government and Telco's/System Integrators). Starting in Account Management at Mercury Communications (later C&W) working on all client's telecommunications needs (PSTN, WAN, PBX and Contact Centres), Paul ultimately focused on leading large bids for client specific solutions around global telephony, contact centres and managed services.

Paul took his vast experience to BT focussing on innovating complex CRM requirements for large Retail and Central Government Departments, then spent 4 years working with System Integrators, enabling Service Providers to provide contact centre and telephony solutions to their global customers as part of their managed service contracts.

Paul was promoted to the role of Sales Manager in October 2012 and recently moved into his current position, responsible for business growth with our existing clients.

 

NCooperNeill Cooper, Head of Business Development

Neill joined Worldstone in March 2013 to Head up Business Development and drive new lines of business and customers into the company.

With 21years experience in this sector, he was previously VP of Sales for various Technology companies such as Convergys, Riverbed, Polycom, Computer Associates, NetIQ, Blue Group; driving team performance within various verticals, delivering success in Finance, Retail and Government.

Neill brings an unbridled passion for business growth and innovation, using technology & services to help customers achieve their business goals.

 

SimonSimon Haggith, Financial Controller

Simon has 17 years' experience holding Finance Director positions in a variety of industries including manufacturing, publishing, distribution and for the past 6 years, within telecommunications notably IP Integration Ltd who work in a very similar space to Worldstone.

During his time at IP Integration Simon was part of the Management team which successfully increased revenue from £5m to £12m, driving EBITDA from negative to 10% net. Simon also had responsibility for the HR, IT, Project co-ordination & Network Provisioning functions alongside his finance role and brings a wealth of experience to Worldstone.
