The Company is growing rapidly and we are looking for high calibre people to join our team in the following roles:

Account Managers

Reporting into the Sales Director, key responsibility will be for:

  • Achievement of realistic annual revenue targets
  • Managing and developing existing key accounts
  • Increasing / maximising the spending potential of existing key accounts
  • Development, management, implementation and maintenance of Strategic Account Plans for key accounts
  • Identify New Business opportunities, through referrals from existing accounts and the network of contacts and associates.

Internal Sales

Reporting into the Sales Director, key responsibility will be for:

  • Qualifying sales opportunities comprehensively and defining client profile
  • Organising appointments for the Sales and Account Management Teams
  • Lead generation and assisting in selling products and services to existing and new customers initially over the telephone.

New Business Sales Consultant

Reporting into the Sales Director, key responsibility will be for:

  • Identify, manage and develop new, major accounts into which the Worldstone product and services portfolio can be sold.
  • Qualify Customer and sales opportunities to maximise orders and ensure that the solutions offered are within Worldstone’s field of competence.
  • Build and sustain a prospect platform and follow through to achieve or exceed the assigned sales targets.
  • Ensure proactive contact with all prospect projects on a regular and consistent basis.

Service Delivery Consultants

Reporting into the Head of Customer Services, key responsibility will be for:

  • Managing the initial ingress of customer contact/interaction to receive enquiries and requests
  • Progressing queries and issues to be resolved and managing the relationship with the customer through to.
